What book do you think should be made into a movie? And do you have any suggestions for the producers?

This is a very interesting question. Some books seem to translate well into from page to screen (Coraline) and others just seem to get lost in the translation. There was a book that came to mind right away when I read this question.
The book that I think should be made into a movie, alright it’s already been made into a movie but I don’t think it’s been made into a film in English. So, I can count it. While reading the novel I thought right away that it would translate well to the screen and I would actually like to see a film adaptation of it even though I didn’t enjoy the book. Mikhail Bulgakov’s The Master and Margirita, I think would be an incredible film. And of course given the subject of the novel I think the only person that could do a great job of the film would be Tim Burton.
Now on the flip side there are so many movies that have been made based on novels that should never have been made. The one that seems to anger me the most, and I refuse to see it, is Marley and Me. I adored the novel and cannot fully understand why it would be made into a movie or why anyone would want to make it into a movie.
